Manpower support for van and truck services If you need help to carry your bulky goods, pay for driver or additional helpers to bring them into your home or office.

Borrow Trolley Trolleys are for transporting small goods in large quantities, like carton boxes, and large, single items, like chest of drawers.

Ride with your driver Please indicate in your order details. This is subject to available front cabin space and only 1 sitting passenger is allowed.

Dismantle and Assembly Contact and negotiate with your driver personally if you would like the driver to assist you to dismantle or assemble your items.

Wrapping of items and Boxes Contact and negotiate with your driver personally if you would like the driver to provide you with packing boxes and assist you in the wrapping of your items.

Motorcycle

Door-to-door delivery for documents and/or one small package of shoebox-size. Up to 35cm x 25cm x 12cm and under 5kg.

Sedan

Suitable for fragile F&B items like cakes. Up to the dimension of 70cm x 50cm x 50cm (relative to the total sizing of 2 shoe boxes) and a max. weight of 20kg in total.

Van

Suitable for parcels, boxes, small furniture, short plants, and pets. Max. weight 500kg.

Max. dimension guidance (L x W x H): 2.3m x 1.2m x 1.2m.

10-ft Lorry

Suitable for 1 bedroom worth of items or, 1 mattress with 3 seater sofa. Max. weight 1000kg. Max. dimension guidance (L x W x H): 3m x 1.5m x 1.5m. 

14-ft Lorry

Suitable for 2 bedrooms or, 1 sofa set with dining table and 6 chairs. Max. weight 2500kg. Max. dimension guidance (L x W x H): 4.2m x 2m x 2m. 

24-ft Lorry

Suitable for small offices or, 3+ bedrooms or, transportation of large office industrial equipment. Max weight 5000kg. Max. dimension guidance (L x W x H): 7.5m x 2.3m x 2.3m.

Enter your pick-up point and drop-off point(s).

Please enter using:

  • Postal Code
  • Building number and road name.

On the screen for "Order details", insert the floor and unit numbers of both points under "note to driver".

Put in your recipients' and your contact numbers before you place your order.

Your order will be matched to the nearest available drivers.

GoGoX Driver will contact you directly to confirm the order.

Clarify the following points before you confirm your order:

  • The items that you are transporting.
  • For van and lorry manpower service, please inform the driver if there are any stairs that the helper(s) need(s) to get through.
  • Additional services such as dismantling and wrapping of items are not included.
  • If you need additional services, please ask the driver for the price quotation. 
  • Continue with the service only if the driver and you are agreeable to the above points.
  • If the driver does not contact you, please call the driver. If the driver is uncontactable, please call 6836-1110 for assistance.

GoGoX Driver will arrive at pick-up point and deliver to drop-off point(s).

Remember to rate and review the driver when the job is completed.
