GoGoX provides you with better rates for delivery and transportation of goods or equipment as we are able to give you the flexibility to save more through the option of self-service for our larger vehicles. Door-to-door delivery service is only included in the base price for all orders for bikes and sedans.

CBD Zonal Charge
CBD Zonal Charge is applicable to jobs with deliveries either to/from or between the affected zones.
Charges for the respective vehicle types:
• Motorcycle: +$2
• Sedan: +$2
• Vans/Lorries: +$3
Applicable from Monday – Saturday (8AM to 8PM)
The CBD Zonal Charge is not applicable for Festive dates.

Depending on the order type, additional charges will be added per pick-up/delivery if the pick-up or drop-off locations are in one of the following areas (but not limited to):

Festive Surcharge
For all public holidays and special festive periods (i.e. Mothers’ Day), there will be an additional $3 for all motorcycle and car orders and $5 for all van and lorry orders.

Cancellation Fees
Before departure to the pick-up location, drivers are expected to contact the customer for confirmation of order.
If a cancellation occurs after the confirmed delivery’s scheduled pick-up time, the customer shall be liable to pay 50% of the base delivery fee.
Late Night Surcharge
For order pick-up time between 10PM till 11:59PM: 10% of the base delivery fee.
For order pick-up time between 12AM till 07:59AM: 20% of the base delivery fee.
The Late Night Surcharge is not applicable for Festive dates.
Surcharge for high-demand periods:
This surcharge is based on demand and is applicable for orders picked up between 9AM and 7PM.
Platform fees
Applicable on van and lorry orders only ($1). Fee is waived off for Motorcycle & Car (Sedan) till further notice.
Please note that:
• All services include parking fees and other miscellaneous charges.
• Promotional discounts apply to the transport price only (not inclusive of additional labour cost)
• Dangerous and explosive products will not be accepted.
• Additional charges may be incurred for special deliveries (e.g. oversized cargo, no lift service, need for special equipment). Please discuss this with the driver.
• Any claims must be made within 48 hours after the delivery has been completed, failing which GoGoX shall have no liability whatsoever.
