港鐵站速遞服務條款及細則

您承認並同意:

1. 保證貨件不含以下所列之違禁品:外賣食品、軟身蛋糕 、任何氣球(包括但不限於金屬氣球) 、現金、貴重物品、受管制武器、鮮花或植物、危險或易燃物品如油漆、天拿水和壓縮氣體等、易腐爛食品如冷凍海鮮、肉類、奶類產品、 酒(箱),我們保留拒絕或暫停運輸包含此類物品的任何包裹的權利

2. 以下為貨物賠償承諾下不受理的貨物:手提電話、電腦、電子遊戲機、筆記本電腦、手錶、相機、集成電路、美酒、香煙和煙草、花、冷凍食物、蛋糕、動物、古董、金條、鈔票、貨幣、貴重紙張、證券、美術作品和精美首飾、貴重金 屬、毛皮、石棉、遺體包括骨灰、槍械、爆炸物及其零件及彈藥、牲畜和/或純種馬、麻醉品和非法 財產以及香港法律禁止的任何其他物品。

3. 使用紙箱、快遞膠袋或保溫袋包裝貨件,確保完全密封及避免碰撞或滲漏。如是液體、軟性及易碎品,會自行加強包裝。不會使用紙袋及背心膠袋、不織布袋,否則會被拒收

4. 下單後如沒有到自取點寄件,運費不會退回。

5. 包裹不可超過3kg,單邊長度≤ 40厘米; 長+闊+高: ≤100 厘米cm,否則會被拒收

6. 此服務是即日速遞。寄件人及收件人必須自行到7-Eleven 寄件及取件,所有貨件必須在寄件當日9:00pm前取走。當收件人沒有於限時內取走,貨件逾期並送回倉庫,再次派送方式由GGX決定,收件人必須支付所產生的費用

7. 所有逾期貨件在退回倉庫後,將會有14天免費存倉期。寄件人或收件人可以在14天內聯絡處理貨件。如14天內沒有收到有關通知,GGX有權自行處理該貨件(包括銷毀該貨件)。

8. 由於列車受阻、車站關閉或自取自寄點包裹容量爆滿而導致延誤或拒收,GGX不承擔任何其它損失或責任,受影響貨件或會轉到其他地點而不預先通知。

9. 貨物賠償承諾運送過程引致的貨物損失上限HK$500,及必須在48小時內提出。如因下列原因而在運送過程中破裂、損毀、或遺失,我們一律不會作出任何賠償:

(a) 貨件沒有合適及穩妥包裝;

(b)貨件屬於(1) 所列明不可運送的種類; 

(c) 貨件屬於(2)所列保險不受保種類;

(d) 任何無法預知或不可抗力因素

(e) 由延誤造成的損失、損害或費用 

(f) 貨物固有的缺陷或性質造成的損失、損害或費用

(g) 受理貨物的正常洩漏,重量或體積的損失或磨損  

(h) 若個人用戶未能於訂單完成日期後的48小時内提交索賠申請

如用戶未能於提交索賠申請後的60日內提交所有必需的文件,相關索賠申請將會被拒絕,恕不另行通知相關用戶。

10. GGX 就本服務不需保證任何時效。也不對任何使用損失、業務中斷、利潤損失或任何間接、特殊、附帶或後果性損害承擔責任,無論合同形式如何,侵權行為(包括疏忽)、嚴格的產品責任或其他,即使已被告知此類損害的可能性。在任何情況下,GGX 的總責任都不應超過支付給 GGX 的費用。

13. 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有歧義,一概以中文版本為準。

14. GGX將保留最終決定權,包括隨時暫停、更改或終止服務及其條款及細則,而毋須另行通知。

 

其他事項 

貨物賠償承諾並非保險產品或服務。GoGoX並不提供任何保險產品或服務。為完善貨物賠償
承諾,GoGoX(作為受保人)已向香港保險業監管局監管授權的保險公司購買有效的相關保險
單。GoGoX可按絕對酌情權,不時修訂或修改以上條款,或更改、暫停或終止貨物賠償承諾,而
毋須另行通知或負上責任。如有任何爭議,GoGoX的決定為最終決定。如上述資料的中英文版本
有任何歧異,概以英文版本為準。

MTR Delivery Service Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge and agree::

1. The parcel does not include food takeaways, fragile and delicate baked goods,  any type of balloons (including but not limited to metallic balloons), cash, valuables, prohibited weapons, flowers or plants, dangerous or flammable goods, e.g. paint, thinners, pressurized gas, perishable foods, e.g. frozen seafood, meat, and dairy, wines (box). We reserve the right to refuse or suspend transportation of any parcels containing such items.

2. The following cargos are not covered in the Cargo Compensation Promise: Mobile phones, computer, notebook, watches, cameras, integrated circuits, fine wine, cigarette and tobaccos, cakes, animals, antiques, bullion, bank notes, currency, valuable papers, securities, fine arts and fine jewelleries, precious metals, furs, asbestos, human remains including ashes, firearms, explosives and parts or thereof and ammunition, livestock and/or bloodstock, narcotics and illegal property and any other items prohibited by laws of Hong Kong.

3. Your package is securely packed in boxes, plastic mailing bags, or insulated bags. Also, it’s completely sealed and should not leak. Pack liquid, soft or fragile items with suitable packing material. Do not use paper and vest plastic bags for packaging material. We reserve the right to reject any poorly packed parcel at the 7-Eleven.

4. When an order is placed but no parcel is dropped off at 7-Eleven, the shipping fee will not be refunded. 

5. Packages that exceed the size and weight limitation will be rejected. The weight of the package cannot exceed 3kg and the maximum length of each side cannot exceed 40cm; the maximum sum of length, height, and width cannot exceed 100cm.

6. The service is same-day delivery. The shipper and recipient have to go to 7-Eleven to drop off and pick up the package on their own. All packages must be collected before 9:00 pm on the drop-off day. When the recipient does not pick up the package within the set time period, it will be deemed expired and returned to the warehouse. The redelivery method will be decided by GGX and the recipient should pay all the costs incurred.

7. All returned expired packages will have a fourteen (14) day free storage period. The shipper or recipient may contact GGX to handle the package within fourteen (14) days. If no related information is received, we have the right to handle that package ourselves (including but not limited to destroying that package).

8. GOGOX is not responsible for any other losses or damages due to train delays, station closure, or capacity full in self-pickup and dropoff points. The affected packages may be transferred to other locations without prior notice.

9. The cargo compensation promises in cases of damage or loss of goods during transit are up to HK$500 and email to us within 48 hours.  Circumstances  excluded from the Cargo Compensation Promise include, but are not limited to: 

(a) loss, damage, or expense caused by insufficiency or unsuitability of packing or preparation of the covered cargo

(b) Items in clause (1) 

(c) Items in clause (2)

(d) Any unpredictable or force majeure factors

(e) loss, damage, or expense caused by delay

(f) loss, damage, or expense caused by inherent vice or nature of the covered cargo

(g) ordinary leakage, ordinary loss in weight or volume, or ordinary wear and tear of the covered cargo

(h) if the relevant Personal User does not submit a claims request within 48 hours from the order completion date; and/or

In addition to the above, if all required supporting documents have not been submitted within 60 days from the date of when the claims request was made, such claim would be rejected without further notice to the relevant user. 

10. GGX does not guarantee the delivery lead time and will not be liable for any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind regardless of the form in the contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or otherwise, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall GGX’s aggregate liability exceed the fees paid to GGX.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Cargo Compensation Promise is not an insurance product or service. GoGoX does not
provide any insurance product or service. To optimize the Cargo Compensation Promise, GoGoX
(as the insured) has already purchased relevant valid insurance policies from an authorized
insurer regulated by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority. GoGoX may revise or modify the above
terms from time to time at its absolute discretion, or change, suspend or terminate the Cargo
Compensation Promise without prior notice or incurring any liability. In case of any dispute,
GoGoX’s decision shall be final. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English
versions of the above information, the English version shall prevail.
