GOGOVan completed Series B+ round funding

GOGOVan announced the completion of a 8-figure USD Series B+ round of funding. The round was co-led by existing shareholder, Renren Inc, and Zemin Hu, a former CEO of 91.com, founder of PPS, former Google China Executive and is a serial entrepreneur.  Many other potential investors have also actively reached out to GOGOVan and expressed great interest in participating in future rounds of funding.
With this funding, GOGOVan plans to further enhance and broaden its platform offerings and to expand its global presence. GOGOVan has already expanded to Singapore, South Korea, China and Taiwan and plans to rapidly expand to other major cities on a global scale.
Established in 2013, GOGOVan (branded 快狗速运 in China) is a mobile logistic platform that provides a modern solution to an age old logistics problem.  At a click of a button, GOGOVan connects users looking to move anything from small parcels to bulky boxes into a network of delivery service providers at any time and anywhere.  GOGOVan has registered more than 70,000 vehicles on its platform globally and processed over US$100m in aggregate transaction value since launch.
GOGOVan今日宣布完成千萬級美元B輪融資。此輪融資投資者包括MFund魔量基金的前91無綫CEO胡澤民，PPS創辦人，前Google中國區成員兼連環創業家。現有股東人人網等亦有參與。目前，仍然有多家投資基金積極與GoGoVan團隊接觸，表示希望參與投資。
GOGOVan(國內稱作「快狗速運」)於2013年由五位土生土長的八十後青年在香港成立，為亞洲首個運用手機應用程式的貨運物流平台，成立不足兩年，已成為全港最大規模的創新物流平台，透過平台交易金額數以億計。GOGOVan 旨將貨車司機和用戶需求連接，令送貨服務實現隨時隨地隨叫隨到，為客戶提供更加快捷、可靠及優質的貨運服務，提高物流效率。
新一輪籌集得的資金將會用於提升產品功能以及發展中國內地與海外市場。截至現在，GOGOVan在香港的註冊貨車超過2.4萬輛，業務範圍已擴展到新加坡、韓國、中國內地和台灣等國家和地區，並計劃開拓更多具潛力的市場。
