如果我們未能達成這一承諾，你將獲得以下優惠：

・若30秒內未能成功配對，你將獲得HK$5的GoGoX叫車優惠券

・若超過60秒，你將獲得HK$10的GoGoX叫車優惠券

・若超過120秒，你將獲得HK$15的GoGoX叫車優惠券

旺角、觀塘、荃灣、九龍灣、深水埗、尖沙咀、屯門、將軍澳、灣仔、沙田

活動條款及細則：

  1. 此條款及細則適用於GoGoX 30秒接單保證（以下簡稱「保證」）。

  2. 此保證只適用於 ：
      1. 透過GoGoX 應用程式落單的即時叫車（貨車及噸車）訂單；
      2. 2024年11月15日至2025年3月31日期間落單的訂單；
      3. 指定於星期一至星期五，上午9:00至下午5:59時上貨的訂單；及
      4. 20個指定上貨地區內上貨的訂單，指定上貨地區包括：旺角、觀塘、荃灣、九龍灣、深水埗、尖沙咀、屯門、將軍澳、灣仔、沙田、黃竹坑、荔枝角、油麻地、油塘、柴灣、新蒲崗、太子、土瓜灣、元朗及中環 （以GoGoX 應用程式為準）。

  3. 此保證不適用於 ：
      1. 公眾假期及惡劣天氣（例如任何暴雨警告及/或任何颱風信號）； 及
      2. 任何已被司機夥伴接受後因任何原因而釋出的訂單，而後續需要超過30秒才再被另一位司機夥伴接受之訂單。

  4. 所有符合上述條件要求的訂單，在使用GoGoX應用程式下單後的30秒內，GoGoX保證能成功匹配用戶的叫車訂單至首位司機夥伴（「首次回應保證期」）。若符合上述條件要求的訂單已下單，且沒有司機夥伴於首次回應保證期内接受該訂單，GoGoX將向相關用戶（「用戶」）發送優惠券。

  5. 若用戶等候匹配用戶的叫車訂單的時間超過首次回應保證期，GoGoX將於落單日期後三日内通過GoGoX應用程式向用戶發送優惠券。優惠券的價值將根據實際等候時間發放，詳情如下 ：

  6. 每位用戶每天只能收到最多一張優惠券，該優惠券適用於首個符合此保證條件的訂單。所有優惠券必須在相關用戶兌換日期後的7日內使用，逾期無效。優惠券不能轉移到其他帳戶，退款，退回信用卡或銀行帳戶，轉讓、轉售或兌換現金。

  7. 所有有關此保證的記錄以GoGoX系統記錄為準。

  8. GoGoX 保留隨時更改、延長、終止及/或取消此保證以及修訂本條款及細則之權利，而毋須作出事先通知。如對此保證有任何爭議，GoGoX 保留最終決定權。

  9. GoGoX的司機夥伴有權取消不合理、非法、涉及不當行為和/或涉嫌欺詐或違反任何相關規定的訂單。在這些情況下，此保證不適用。

  10. 如有任何涉嫌欺詐、違反任何法規或不恰當行為而被GoGoX終止其賬號或/及參與此保證之資格，GoGoX保留採取任何必要法律行動的權利，追討此保證計劃已存入或支付用戶的優惠劵及因上述用戶之行為所產生任何法律責任或損失。

  12. 若此保證的條款及細則的英文版本與其中文翻譯版本之間存在任何差異或不一致，應以英文版本為準。

GoGoX 30 Second Transport Order Matching Guarantee Terms & Conditions：

  1. These terms and conditions govern the GoGoX 30 Second Transport Order Matching Guarantee (the “Guarantee”).

  2. The Guarantee is only applicable to:
    1. Instant transportation (van and trucks) orders placed through the GoGoX App;
    2. Orders placed from Nov 15, 2024, to Mar 31, 2025 ;
    3. Orders with requested pick-up time, between 09:00 - 17:59, from Monday to Friday; and 
    4. Orders with requested pick-up location within the 20 designated pick-up areas, which are Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, Kowloon Bay, Sham Shui Po, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tuen Mun, Tseung Kwan O, Wan Chai, Sha Tin, Wong Chuk Hang, Lai Chi Kok, Yau Ma Tei, Yau Tong, Chai Wan, San Po Kong, Prince Edward, To Kwa Wan, Yuen Long, and Central (as determined by the GoGoX App).

  3. The Guarantee is not applicable:
    1. on public holidays and days when inclement weather events occur, such as when rainstorm warnings and/or typhoon warning signals are hoisted; and
    2. if an order was accepted and later released by the driver-partner for any reason whatsoever, and it takes longer than 30 seconds for any subsequent order to be accepted by a driver-partner.

  4. For all orders that satisfy the eligibility requirements specified above, GoGoX guarantees that within 30 seconds of placing an order on the GoGoX App, a GoGoX driver-partner will accept the relevant order (the “First Response Guarantee Period”). If an eligible order was placed and no driver-partner had accepted such an order within the First Response Guarantee Period, GoGoX shall send a voucher to the relevant user (“User”).

  5. If the actual wait time for an eligible order exceeds the First Response Guarantee Period, GoGoX will send a voucher to the User through the GoGoX App within 3 days after the order’s placement. The voucher value will be determined based on the extent to which the actual wait time exceeds the First Response Guarantee Period, as outlined in the table below:

  6. Each User can only receive up to a maximum of 1 voucher per day for the first relevant order which had a First Response Guarantee Period exceeding 30 seconds or more. All vouchers must be used within 7 days from the relevant date of redemption by the relevant User, and will be invalid after it expires. Vouchers cannot be transferred to another account, refunded, returned to any credit card or bank account, transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.

  7. GoGoX’s records in relation to the Guarantee shall be considered as final and conclusive.

  8. GoGoX reserves the right to change, extend, terminate, and/or cancel this Guarantee and to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute regarding this Guarantee, GoGoX reserves the right of final decision.

  9. GoGoX’s driver-partners have the right to cancel requests that are unreasonable, illegal, involving improper conduct and/or suspected to be fraudulent or violating any relevant regulations. In these cases, this Guarantee does not apply.

  10. If there is any suspected fraud, violation of regulations, or improper conduct leading to the termination of a User's account or disqualification from this Guarantee, GoGoX reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any vouchers issued or paid to the User under this Guarantee, and any legal liabilities or losses incurred by such User's actions.

  12. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of these terms and conditions and its Chinese translation, the English version shall prevail.
