We have listened to your feedback and added a brand new Wallet History page in our GoGoX App!
To access it, find the “Payment & Coupons” page at the app sidebar, then tap on “Wallet history”. Here, you will get a comprehensive payment breakdown of all your past transport and delivery orders using prepaid or free wallet credits.
What can you see on the Wallet History page?
[All] tab
This page allows you to view all your wallet transactions at once.
[Transaction] tab
This page displays all of your prepaid transport and delivery orders, as well as those made using free credits. Each transaction is accompanied by its Order ID number and transaction date for easy reference should you have any questions.
[Credit history] tab
This page displays all information regarding your credit history, including:
– Top-ups, including credit card used, and when your credits expire
– Free credits earned and their expiration dates
– Administrative charges paid using credits (if any)
