As e-commerce continues to surge across Southeast Asia, the demand for logistics services is rising in tandem. In 2024, GoGoX recorded solid growth in the Vietnam market, with revenue increasing by 43% year-on-year.

Smart logistics empowering traditional industries — GoGoX deepens presence in Vietnam
Vietnam is the world’s second-largest textile exporter, with its textile and garment industry generating tens of billions of US dollars in export revenue annually. As the country’s economic hub, Ho Chi Minh City is home to several large fabric wholesale markets, which have long served as key sourcing destinations for local tailors, fashion designers, small garment factories, and apparel wholesalers.
In these markets, many buyers source fabrics from multiple vendors, but due to the high cost of small-order deliveries, some merchants are unwilling to arrange delivery. As a result, buyers often have to carry bulky purchases by motorbike themselves — a method that can be unsafe and inconvenient.
To address this, GoGoX launched its Affiliate Programme, inviting merchants to become close partners by displaying posters with GoGoX app QR codes in their stores. Buyers simply scan the QR code to download the app, use an exclusive promo code, and enjoy safe, convenient van delivery via GoGoX. Each poster has a unique QR code, and merchants receive a commission for every successful order placed through their code.

We’ve seen a significant increase in app downloads and new user registrations in Vietnam. And the fabric market is just the beginning, we plan to expand the programme to more industries with a larger on-ground presence soon.”
According to the statistics from our Platform, approximately 60% of merchants at the Phu Tho Hoa Textile Business street—one of the major textile and garment markets in Ho Chi Minh City—are already familiar with the details of the Affiliate Programme. Among them, around 80% have joined as partners and will be using GoGoX’s logistics and delivery services.
