In August, we launched a marketing campaign titled [快x到巔] to unveil the match guarantee initiative through multiple channels and partnerships. It reflects our absolute confidence in our ability to meet our customers’ expectations, holding ourselves accountable when we fall short.
Campaign Highlights
The campaign kicked off with a series of enigmatic blurry posts on social media, symbolising the sheer speed of our service. This was shortly followed by the reveal of our key visual, a powerful representation of our “xtremely fast” vehicle matching.
To inject a bit of fun and energy into the campaign, we also introduced an interactive social media game that challenges participants to test their speed and reflexes, mirroring the agility of our driver-partners in accepting orders through our driver app.
JFFT X GoGoX
We teamed up with the Just For Fun Team (JFFT), one of Hong Kong’s most popular YouTube channels, to help spread awareness of our 30s order-matching guarantee campaign through fun and engaging content. Cue the [快X到巔挑戰賽], a 10-metre sprint on a Saturday afternoon, where we invited passersby to compete with JFFT in an exhilarating street race. Winners received a free GoGoVan trip.

A month into the campaign, we matched all orders within an average of 2 seconds, with the fastest at 1 second. We have issued credits for ~10% of orders that took longer than 30 seconds to match. Besides ensuring that the technology powering the platform is efficient in order allocations, we also owe thanks to our driver-partners for their tireless efforts in completing each order efficiently.
